| Working in the shop, it is difficult sometimes to unbox a beauty like this, and not take it home. Like all 000-28's, this is solid Indian Rosewood back and sides, with a traditional 24.9" scale and non-scalloped braces. But the top on this is stunning, with moderately wide grained, Sitka spruce, and a rich, perfectly executed, 1935 stlyle, sunburst finish. (And it sounds as good as it looks). Come check it out. |
